Update Update Update

I'm now found on YouTube under SpinergyDude and also AbiliTV.

When I started this I had no real aim or direction. That's not the case any longer.

AbiliTV - The Global disABILITIES Movement!

Once on YouTube in it's search bar withing the page at the top COPY and paste this user name
SpinergyDude (Please locate the user name and check it out.)

If you wish COPY AbiliTV it is also linked to my SpinergyDude channel.

Recently - AbiliTV just acquired the ability to broadcast worldwide over the internet on BlogTV.
Visit AbiliTV on BlogTV today share your issues, and topics... Then see them COVERED LIVE.

In the time I last was here I have over 100 videos with about 85 to 90 of them using content of other people's USED with permission.

So, the efforts I brought up here have grown many times over, and now include The International Paralympic Committee, many DJ's, Comedians, Film Producers, Johnson & Johnson, ParalymicSportTV, and so many more I can't show all of the content as it is I want to.

But, here is the real neat aspect of this all...

NONE of my efforts generate any money for me. I do not care if they generate money for others I support. My efforts are NOT a company, group, organization, and or charity. I support all of those in my efforts.

What I do now is I produce NEW content for content owners using a little of their own content to tie things together. NO it is not a business deal and or partnership. NO we do not represent each other in any respect.

WE DO HOWEVER AGREE - People with any disABILITIES need to be seen, heard, and known as the PEOPLE the HUMAN BEINGS WE ARE. And, the MEDIA on all levels is the best method, least costly, and most effective manner in reaching a GLOBAL market.

Nearly 4 BILLION people today live with disabilities in the the world today. The UN has at least over 650 million people that REPORT being disabled on file.

Now if you ASK any of those organizations that travel the world in support of the people of the world... How many people do you encounter whom are disabled... Roughly 3.2 BILLION at least or more...

Of COURSE no government is going to EVER let it slip we have this many people whom are disabled.
And, now ADD those 650 million to that 3.2 Billion you do the math... Is this HALF or more of the world's total population and we are the MOST IGNORED group of people to ever live?

We cross all ethnic races, faiths, boarders, and more we are not isolated to any one part of the world... SO WHY IS IT THEN WE ARE NOT SHOWN AS WE REALLY ARE?

It's so much easier to build a GLOBAL and regional society based on ABLE MINDED, and BODIED people period.

IGNORE what is hard to accept as being possible. It's been tried, and FAILED!

The entire total of people with disabilities has been from the start of the human race been banished, and in effect tried to be wiped off the face of the Earth.

Only one little tiny issue here... As long as we have human beings... As in As long as we have a HUMAN RACE we will always have someone with a disability. Odd how we ignore the three REAL disabilities of the human race...

IGNORANCE - 100% of us are born with this. 100% of us are this in some respect. Others are really expert at it however.

ATTITUDE - We CHOOSE the attitude we have.

HATE - Well now if we go along with what has been born into us due to DNA... We will end up here really fast. Takes no effort to end up HATING anyone or anything.

100% of all human beings MUST cope with and accept that these things we face equally, and well some of us will overcome, and others will not.

Now just because Hollywood shows the person in level 8 pain screaming their heads off... And worse at level ten... And, can't do anything else other than that in a hospital bed... Yeah that is just how I live now. STEREOTYPE ME WHY NOT.

Now let's do the same to ALL other ethnic races, all faiths... What? That part is NOT good to do?

Well people with disABILITIES CROSS ALL OF THOSE LINES. So HOLLYWOOD MUST STEREOTYPE THEM ALSO. Come on now. Imagine the class action claim here.

VISIT me on YouTube, and BlogTV...

This shall be the last post for another long while.

(05-14) 13:18 PDT Trenton, N.J. (AP) --

For the first time, it appears that more than half of all insured Americans are taking prescription medicines regularly for chronic health problems, a study shows.

The most widely used drugs are those to lower high blood pressure and cholesterol — problems often linked to heart disease, obesity and diabetes.

The numbers were gathered last year by Medco Health Solutions Inc., which manages prescription benefits for about one in five Americans.

Experts say the data reflect not just worsening public health but better medicines for chronic conditions and more aggressive treatment by doctors. For example, more people are now taking blood pressure and cholesterol-lowering medicines because they need them, said Dr. Daniel W. Jones, president of the American Heart Association.

In addition, there is the pharmaceutical industry's relentless advertising. With those factors unlikely to change, doctors say the proportion of Americans on chronic medications can only grow.

"Unless we do things to change the way we're managing health in this country ... things will get worse instead of getting better," predicted Jones, a heart specialist and dean of the University of....

Schwarzenegger - Advocates for poor worry about health budget

Health Care Advocates Brace for Deeper Cuts in Revised Budget

The Schwarzenegger administration briefed health care advocates on Tuesday to warn them that cuts to Medi-Cal and other health care programs would remain in a revised budget proposal that Gov. Schwarzenegger will release today. Some advocates said they were alerted that the budget also would seek to tighten eligibility rules for Medi-Cal and Healthy Families.

Medicare Fast Facts...

Helen Halpin is the Director of the Center for Health and Public Policy Studies and a health policy professor at UC Berkeley's School of Public Health.

Medicare Fast Facts

Medicare covers more than 35 million Americans ages 65 and older and nearly 6 million younger adults with disabilities.

By 2031, the number of Medicare recipients is predicted to rise to 77 million.

The government's 2002 projections show that currently 24% of Medicare recipients have no prescription drug coverage. The rest have coverage through employer-sponsored health plans (32.9%), Medicaid (12.3%), Medigap (14.8%), Medicare+Choice (10.6%), or other supplemental programs.

Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security accounted for 42% of all federal spending last year.

Please notice this next part is my input.

OVER 35 MILLION PEOPLE ALONE ON MEDICARE - AND MEDICARE MAKES ERRORS AND MISSES ISSUES AS WELL AS ANY PRIVATE PAY INSURANCE... How MANY of those people DO YOU THINK... If you think at at all, got a denial? If your still able to think... How many do you think needed LIFE SAVING medical needs? And, if you have not passed out yet... How many people do you think MISSED an tiny ERROR made by the insurance Medicare and never realized it? AS IN THEY FELL THROUGH THE CRACKS!

I know big fucking deal... Well dipstick! One day if YOU are lucky enough to be able to recieve MEDICARE... I wonder if they will DENY your stupid ass also? No, not you? Really...

OVER 98% of the ENTIRE... THIS IS THE ENTIRE WORKING AGED US POPULATION HAS NOT ONE CLUE what they can do in those cases... How much do you want to bet, YOU my bright lightbulbed readers... Falls into the that 2%?

DISABLED IS NOT, I REPEAT... A disabled person is NOT only the person you see now and again who can not formulate words that YOU can understand... They are not just people like me in a wheelchair... How is it people like to think of us? "cripple-ass special olymic retards"

Who Should Own Data Captured in Personal Health Records?

Ninety-two percent of health care IT professionals said patients should own the data captured in personal health records, according to a survey by the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society.

Four percent of respondents said providers should own PHR data, while 1% said the company supplying the PHR should own the data.

The survey also found that nearly half of respondents said that privacy and security issues are the biggest barrier to the use of a PHR. Twenty-four percent of respondents said that the biggest barrier to PHR use is that their clinician does not use electronic records.

Thirty percent of respondents said they access a PHR, while 76% of respondents said they believe PHRs need to be integrated with an electronic health record to have value in patient treatment.

Results are based on an April online survey of 675 health care IT professionals.

Off the Subject: Blogger shares some insight about Live Journal

why livejournal scares me

March 21, 2008 by Karl

When SUP took over Livejournal, and there were rumours flying around about SUP being connected with the KGB, I was worried, in a sort of conspiracy-theory-paranoid sort of way. The sort where you don’t actually quite believe it could possibly be true, but you daren’t not believe it just in case.

News broke this week about a Russian blogger, 21-year-old Savva Terentyev, who was arrested for “hate speech” and was this week officially charged, a “crime” for which he may face a fine equivalent to half a year’s annual wage for the annual Russian worker, or 2 years in jail with hard labour.

His “crime” was to make a comment (not a post, just a comment) on the Livejournal of another blogger, Boris Suranov, in which he was critical about local police. When Terentyev was arrested in August 2007 his comment was forcibly deleted (by livejournal.ru management, presumably) but a screenshot of it has been preserved here. Not that I expect any of my friendslist read Russian, but, you know.

The website Pajamas Media reports the following response from our favourite Mr Nossik, whose position is unclear but he seems to have been at the time a very big fish in LJ.ru:

“The ignorance of local judges often plays a role in the outcome of cases connected to the internet. I hope that with many journalists present, the judge will look at the essence of the case and not simply hand down a guilty verdict.” Nosik later said: “The people who launched the criminal case are trying in this way to portray police-turned-crooks as a social group that enjoys protection from Russian legislation. It seems to me that it ought be us who are protected by the law, not crooks.”

And less than 4 months after this arrest, Livejournal.com was bought.... READ MORE http://pferde.wordpress.com/2008/03/21/why-livejournal-scares-me/#comment-64

All I can say is I wish I could write as well as this person does...

In the blink of an eye....

Knowledge IS power. However, all the knowledge in the world is nothing whatsoever if no one can grasp it. So, then knowledge is wasted power.

In the blink of an eye.... Spinergy Dude awoke...

And now, somehow, someway non of my disabilities will stop me from sharing how the US Medical Insurance Industry tried to RAPE me of my right to know my rights to appeal, made errors they are aware of, and how....

Millions and millions of people in the US with ALL disabilities, not just the easy to tell ones like me... For you see for 25 years and even on and off after I was disabled in ways not visable... And, yet I was disabled my entire life, and no one ever knew...

Due to my diverse background, and a love to learn.... I would come to have the tools of knowledge to uncover or rather it presented its self to me....

Now if I missed one thing in my own fight for independence... Today right now... Instead of typing...

I would be on the floor in severe pain even more than I am constantly anyway, because my medical insurance decided it would force me into isolation...

In effect make me shamed of my self, feel worthless, lost like no hope, like I am not worthy of being human.... I would feel RAPED....

Because of something called business as usual... And, I am not anti insurance for profit... No. I am anti FRUAD by customers, and ANTI CRIMES committed by insurance companies who take advantage of an little know problem....

What was not counted on was I am one of about 2% of non professional laypeople who realize, understand, and can grasp the entire US Medical Health Care System all related laws, policy, ethics, and I can translate all of the double talk, techno babble into terms everyday people can relate to....

Only I can not write all that well, and even at that... Here in pain right now....

I continue.... Aetna my medical insurance company is not the only one to break laws, prevent people from knowing the right to appeal... But, in four days I was able to go toe to toe with the top level Medical Director, who is on the Baord of Directors.... And, he overturned my denial...

SpinerDude.LiveJournal.com where I am slowly going to do what I did to Aetna to the entire United States.... Become the formost expert in layperson speak on such boring, technical, medical , legal, and more that makes up our system we call the US Health Care System.... And, make it so it relates to YOU.

Because, in the blink of an eye.... Anyone can end up.... Disabled.
I speak for those who can not.

I found this AWESOME site devoted to disabled people... in the UK

I found this site very useful, and I thought for those in the UK, or for those who in the US are from the UK and your disabled... Here is a great link.

www.disabilitynow.org.uk

If anyone knows of other disabled friendly sites, please feel welcomed to flood me with your links also. Just not ones selling stuff please. ;p

I want to become a easy to find resource for people to find out rules and information in the US of course. But, now that I think about it... I bet, people all over need the same things...

SO Fellow disabled advocates let's share those links with each other please. :) Let's make our networks easy to find for new people, and vets alike... We need to form an information system designed by, and for the layperson.

The saying Knowledge is power. IS correct. However, only if people can relate to the knowledge will if actually EMPOWER PEOPLE... So all the knowledge in the world will not help, if no one can grasp it. Or finds it boring...

Now stop being angry... And DO SOMETHING... :)
